Our student ambassadors are the representatives of our school. The exemplify strong leadership skills, as well as academic excellence and student involvement. They are advocates for Bishop DuBourg and our mission. They represent the DB community at special events, grade schools, and other functions. They also give tours to prospective students and families to provide them with a student-to-student perspective of school life.
Students wishing to become a student ambassador must apply and be interviewed. To learn more about applying, please contact Deanne Rodgers '11
We know how important our parents and families are to sustaining our community. We also call on our parents to be positive advocates for our school and our mission. Parents are encouraged to volunteer their time, talent, or treasure to the myriad of events and activities that occur throughout each school year. Parents who are committed to a year-long supportive role may join our group of Parent Ambassadors. Parent Ambassadors are a group of actively involved current and alumni parents who are interested in volunteering on behalf of the school and the students on a regular basis. Their duties include working events like our Gala Auction, Golf Tournament and Open House, as well as working the concession stands at athletic events, speaking to prospective families at High School Nights and other various activities throughout the year.
