NICU Nurse
One thing I admire most about Bishop DuBourg is how inclusive it is. I met people from all backgrounds, with all different interests. There was a club, class or team for everyone. DuBourg really taught me to respect everyone for who they are, despite our differences. Although I did not realize it at the time, I was learning important lessons that could not just be taught in a classroom.
Bishop DuBourg allowed me to take numerous college classes, which allowed me early access into the nursing program in college. I am now a registered nurse at St. Louis Children's Hospital, working in the NICU.
I am so appreciative of not only the education I received, but the endless amount of amazing memories and friends I have from my four years at Bishop DuBourg High School.
