The Board of Directors at Bishop DuBourg High School is a board of limited
jurisdiction. The Board has authority to make local-level decisions related to
Catholic identity and mission, finance, strategic planning, the schools
operation, and academic programs in accordance with the mission and vision
of Bishop DuBourg High School.

The Board of Directors serves 3 year terms with a maximum of 3 terms.

The Superintendent of Secondary Education of the Archdiocese of St. Louis serves as
the Member’s representative on the Board of Directors, ex oficio.

Each committee is chaired by a Board member with membership open to the public.

Meeting are held quarterly. Committee meetings are held bi-monthly.

The operating year for the Board of Directors begins on July 1st of each year and ends
the following year on June 30th .
